C'mon, Jon. It's really easy to find out that men are welcome. Why are you uneasy that it's led by women?
-

-
I'm not uneasy. Please stop inventing motivations. For many people, the name of the march is the only information they'll get.
-
so anyone can march IN SUPPORT of a cause

Black Lives Matter demands equality for POC. Women's March demands respect for women's rights. How is this difficult?
-
"Million Woman March" was floated before it was seen to overwrite the historic march by that name that happened in 1997.
-
Any man who claims to feel "unwelcome" is either lying to serve his interests or hasn't taken the time to research.
-
Right. But since many people don't take time to research, it's helpful to brand your event so as to avoid confusion.
-
Come on. That's such a weak argument. Are you also against acronyms? You realize branding is more than just the name...?
-

@feministabulous 1. It's about women's rights--what else would you call it? -
2. For a million reasons, it's hard to worry about men getting their panties in a wad about the name.
