    Efail is a prime example of irresponsible disclosure. There is no responsibility in hyping the story to and mainstream media and getting an irresponsible recommendation published (disable PGP), ignoring the fact that many (Enigmail, etc) are already patched.

    It's all about being able to place assets into their right context, folks. Doesn't matter if it's source code or images. Metadata, context, provenance!

    It hurts me when organisations hire CTOs with less than two years experience from the IT field, and then as a project manager. Experience isn't everything, but it is something, and I think our standards should be higher.
