How paranoid am I? Some time in the late 1990s, there was a vulnerability in mIRC that allowed attackers to see your clipboard data. Ever since then, I never keep any sensitive or personal data in my clipboard longer than absolutely necessary.

I tried to find the vulnerability details just now, but gave up after five minutes of Googling. I'm pretty sure it predated CVEs.
you know that by default your clipboard is a cloud service right? winkey + . and you should see it
