Container OS is another word for containers running on e.g. Docker. no.. i bought the nuc without os, installed windows 10 insider- but instead of upgrading me to windows 11 it installed this unknown Windows version

Yes clearos is always preinstalled. It is needed to boot the components. The Windows SKU detection is based on what Microsoft offers as Deal (Intel and MS are partnered).
