this all happen without it being visible to the os running inside of container os... I have no idea why windows update converted me to this, but the technique it uses is interesting

Container OS is another word for containers running on e.g. Docker. Iirc ContainerOS is a small environment for AMD64 and ARM64 FactoryOS images, used to test software and stuff on a system before installing a full Desktop version.. fact check welcome as my memory is rusty
