That's technically an unsigned driver. From what I see, you can sign the driver yourself (without the needing of having it signed from MS) and load it to the kernel without any issues, is that correct ?

When I submitted I made damn sure that: 1. I crossed a security boundary that was in the scope of a bounty program. 2. I provided a POC that spawned a system shell. Even then there is high chance that it get rejected on totally random reasoning:https://mobile.twitter.com/jonasLyk/status/1405025400972005380 …

Do your exploit still work with new design?

I feel you I have seen a very strange attitude of @msftsecresponse staff. The last one wss I submitted a information disclosure class for Azure. Even though Information are disclosed they closed the ticked with the ultimate reason it's a bug not a security issue @Azure

I do not have any problems with the staff- but what i wrote is what happened. No, I do believe the staff do their best given the boundaries the organization set up. I do though find the decisions of the the organization batshit stupid though

I concur with your point. The classfications what's a security issue and what's not or how to get these acknowledged, see my example, are let's say, very dev minded orientated. As someone from outside it is hard to understand the restrictions. Like they have a different language
