      notice- there is no timestamp in the driver signature, that means: Having any old ass expired revoked cert is all you need- and you can sign as many drivers as you want. Sure, ive removed the blacklist db in drvmain.sdb - no biggie.

      well- there is two flows for deciding to load a driver, one is for pnp drivers with .cat . the other is just a db of blocked certs that is trivial to bypass

      But why does Windows allow to load it even if you don't bypass the DB? I've never managed to make proper working driver signature with standard signtool, but with osslsigncode it loads right away without any issues (on fully updated 20H2 with internet connection etc).
