I have a hard time understanding why game companies don't just incentivize good users to turn on more attestable security features that are useful for anti-cheat with the benefit of playing in lobbys with other users who have less risk of being cheaters.

Most of the desktop motherboards popular among gamers are total garbage in terms of platform security, HVCI will not help if you don’t have Boot Guard and firmware level DMA attacks protection

Also, HVCI will not help when there’s a lot of WHQL signed drivers which provides full access to the physical memory. Many of them are *already* installed on typical gaming setup as part of OEM utilities

thats it- so many ways to do it, but that one is so easy its often used. but...who cares about whql? its only a requirement for pnp drivers....just load other way
