I actually almost never use start menu- its just way to slow. I have a folder of tools- each tool have subfolder, then in root i have shortcut files to the actual launcher. They have 1-3 char long names. winkey + r ,ft = filetest winkey + r ,i = ida winkey + r ,o = winobjex
when i get new system- i copy folder into system, add it to path and it all just works.
