This reminds me of the time that an anticheat, ESEA, decided it would be a great idea to use people's PC's to mine crypto.
this reminds me more of that time hackers hid malware inside solar winds product. i mean- what is malware thats not hidden? is it even malware? its pretty much a none story....hackers hide malware inside other things ok?
