how do you convince the other engineers on your team to try Rust? they are C romantics (i am too but have the advantage of being more noob and not set in my ways 
)
personally i prefer being liked :) but maybe, just maybe the seniority is basing their decisions regarding language on hard earned experiences? Maybe- syntax, keywords etc. is a detail compared to matching into existing environments and having codebase and samples an mass?
