note that you can also 0-byte the EXEs and DLLs in C:\Program Files\Windows Defenfer from an external boot medium then disable the services in msconfig, and also Winaero Tweaker, if you can find a real, legit copy of it.
fun fact: 0-byting EXEs/DLLs has some strange effects, as it returns inconsistent error states. ERRORLEVEL is usually, but not always 0, error state in scripting denotes an error, and you only get the "this can't be run on this copy of Windows" thing if you manually run w/e file.
