Ever since I got this Lenovo Thinkpad pc ive had sound problems. In periods I have simply removed all audio drivers because of system lag when "something" could not process fast enough. Now I know why- Intel smart audio is just another word for HW assisted microphone spying!

Or maybe its not just automatic enabled, but starts when you press win key + c , right next to ctrl + c . I hate having to spent my time on investigating such bullshit. Intel and Microsoft can take their smart audio and stick up their smart assess
