hard to debate something when the statement is true. Its just a shame the perfect control device is not made anymore. now its cheap crappy china shit- my trackpoint thingy broke after 6 months and now I use a mouse like a sucker. I hate lenovo

I think Synaptics makes the trackpoint thats why its on several OEMs device. I haven't had one break before -- did it just stop working?

its really weird- it can only have 3 y coordinates, middle screen, very top and a bit lover then middle. Also in the "bios"- so its not a software fault. And yes its synaptics- synaptics with terrible crappy spyware like drivers. I hold lenovo accountable for choosing them
