There do not seem to be any mentions of the driver blacklist in c:\windows\appPatch\drvmain.sdb online. Lets change that! It gets enabled with "isolated core" functionality. There is two paths for deciding to load a driver- with .inf and without. Without allows drivers signed with revoked cert and expired. It do block if in the blacklist mentioned though. Try and downgrade it- and see what you can get loaded.
I can be wrong about this- but maybe "\SystemRoot\AppPatch\drvpatch.sdb" is undocumented ring0 arb write? somebody should check :)
