no - you are correct, there still https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/winmsg/wm-inputlangchange … , setting the locale before launch and also WNF i think or adding the dll to current codepage

Did I miss something or is it actually impossible to call SetThreadLocale because there is no LCID associated with CodePage 55001 (or others with a dll for value)
