By renaming the primary unnamed data stream we "move" the locked section. You cannot delete a mapped stream, though deleting a primary stream also deletes the others.

I have best results by just poking at things- read documentation(but assume its all lies) , testing hyoothesis and just exploring. But of course https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/resources/windows-internals … is a classic.
