Which brain genius is responsible for the _unchangeable_ name of user folder in Windows 10? Why can't I pick what I want if I use licence connected to MS-account?

C:\Users\foo, where if you use license tied to your MS account, foo is set to the first 5 letters from the name associated with the account
i use jonas my mail is jonaslyk so never noticed- you can add an arb shortname to the folder though...
