there is an easy test to see if a marketing phrase should not be used. Would you avoid a condom brand if the phrase was printed on the packages? If yes- then why put it on your product?

I would just wait and see if more info comes out eventually - talking about condoms - there was a funny story about some gangs recycling those in Vietnam and reselling them - now that is some power marketing and a second thought ;)
