If you download 10 isos from ms- windows DDK,SDK,ADK,10 etc. extract all files from them, then extract all files from those file you get some surprising directories and license files.pic.twitter.com/ONPT51rMr3

all you need to do it is a browser and 7zip- but if I can get an ftp addr that just works I can up them.
