write the backuplocation registry key to a unknown location and than run the defender “%programdata%\microsoft\windows defender\platform\<version>\mpcmdrun.exe” -revertplatform. that still breaks defender
the key is writeable as system. hklm:\software\microsoft\windows\defender\backuplocation. after that a reboot is needed. Tamperprotection does not prevent this.
