I am considering making an exe that on execution launches system shell on 90% of all fully patched Windows 10 and release it. MS couldnt replicate it, so maybe they only tested it on the 10% it dosnt work on. Maybe it also works on those with tweaking- I dont have access to one
But does it meet their bar for immediate servicing? 
how come it doesnt work on 10%?
