1. There is big database with exploits in MS 2. Some of MS vulnerabilities are not patched during months. 3. Limited people count has access to this DB. Including ) But, see link to old thread in my previous tweet. Microsoft is developing exploits for security researching purposes. But it is exploits, and, i think, with not bad quality.
