Depending on the definition on spyware- sure. But let me tell you, if I find something that is not ok it goes straight to twitter and I havent yet. I mean sure- I dislike telemtry just as much as the next joe, but at least for this lenovo laptop the spyware is the conxeant driver

The quality of their code is so terrible it gets impossible to seperate stupidity/malice ,backdoor/bugs, telemetry/spying

I dont really actively search for that stuff- but when it bsods my system I have to look, I also didnt really investigate it and and can kinda be explained- as I said it becomes hard to seperate stupidity and malice

You must be very paranoid, aren't you? I mean knowing all thaose things about windows and seeing it everywhere one can't do nothing but cringe, like when I go to the bank and I see the cashier using windows xp, you know because "compatibility"

I dont think I am- I mean I just said that I havent found anything that is not ok, and I dont really search for that stuff. I understand the tradeoffs between privacy and trying to create a product that give the best user experience by self diagnosing errors and stuff.

I know how the corperate world works - the various stakeholders and how decisions are made. It can be a hard balance and sometimes it may tip to the wrong side- but we have GPDR and if it is violated it becomes very expensive.

that provides counterweight to the possible finansial gains by deciions that are not privacy friendly. So- i think all in all the system kinda works :)
