Depending on the definition on spyware- sure. But let me tell you, if I find something that is not ok it goes straight to twitter and I havent yet. I mean sure- I dislike telemtry just as much as the next joe, but at least for this lenovo laptop the spyware is the conxeant driver

as long as it is not done behind your back and you can disable it is ok. But yarh, I would love a single "stfu" checkbox- but nobody is forcing me to use this product so.....
