Depending on the definition on spyware- sure. But let me tell you, if I find something that is not ok it goes straight to twitter and I havent yet. I mean sure- I dislike telemtry just as much as the next joe, but at least for this lenovo laptop the spyware is the conxeant driver
The quality of their code is so terrible it gets impossible to seperate stupidity/malice ,backdoor/bugs, telemetry/spying
