feedback hub have some .winmd files in its dir, you can google how to generate header files from that

Yea, I figured it out. I just realized that these functions correspond directly to RPC calls to the DiagTrack service, which is useful for doing a repro on Windows 7.

And yes, I am suspecting (but has not tested yet) that the bugs affect Windows 7 as well, given the problem is the lack of checking on file paths.
