As Microsoft have no intensions of ever paying me for all my submitted vulnerabilities I am forced to do this. Countdown starts today- then I will post them all public. Ms is just trying to get time to patch them then never pay me. I have for over 100.000$ in submissions. 14

Sorry to hear about your struggle and hope it ends to your favor. But out of curiosity, you never mentioned what was MS’s reason for refusing payment. They usually give a reason, even a dumb one. For instance bug collisions. What were they in your submissions?

I believe he means that they're stalling indefinitely, rather than issuing a rejection. Besides, OP knows his exploits work, as I'm assuming he surely tested them.

Where is “here”? Are you operating from an embargoed country? If so, there’s nothing MS can do as they have to comply with the laws of the country in which they’re incorporated.

"Here" is not a location. When you do bug bounty, you just submit the bug and hope they give you cash. There's no contract or anything, they're basically not forced to pay you. They can just say they don't see it as a bug and that's it for example.
