I suspect that the version of DiagTrack in Windows 7 updates are vulnerable as well, but I want you to prove it.

Microsoft::Diagnostics::CTraceManager::StartAlternativeTrace does seem to exist in a Windows 7 version of DiagTrack.dll

Because the DiagTrack service was introduced in a Windows 7 (and 8/8.1) update in 2015 and was disliked at the time.
