      SeManageVolumePrivilege isn't one of the default available privileges for non-admin users though right, wouldn't you get ERROR_NOT_ALL_ASSIGNED for AdjustTokenPrivileges?

      Sure, my question makes sense though right? AdjustTokenPrivileges/NtAdjustPrivilegesToken are only toggling privileges on and off they don't add one that wasn't there before.
