Sounds about right. They'll change the criteria so that they don't have to payout as much and then run you through the ringer so they have time to patch without any acknowledgement. Start publishing them. If they don't wanna acknowledge or pay for the work done then 
MS asks me to create a new case, closing the current. This brings the submission into the period where junction folders do not give bounty- so just a thank you for the free labor and a big fuck you to me.
