      hi so I placed the comctl.dll in it's path, it look like that the dll is loaded but the dllmain isn't executed ?

      and also when I run rundll32 c:\Windows\System32\wermgr.exe.Local\amd64_microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.19041.1_none_b555e41d4684ddec\Comctl32.dll,a I get the following error "the specified module could not be found" google didn't answered ! can you ?

      Then your dllMain is wrong or not exported- choose new project, use the dll template

          The same problem persiste when i run by example rundll32 c:\blah\test.dll,a it just execute the dllmain but when I put it on the wer folder it just don't execute

          Could it be because you are loading from syswow64 dir because you are running as 32 bit?
