The Cleanup tool from Eset ist included in Chrome for about two years. But relax, only hashes are transfered to Google.....Google Said.

because they believe there's most likely malware pre-installed which tries to modify chrome to syphon passwords, banking details, miners and so on. There are other examples of this design pattern in the wild as well. Not defending, just pointing out the phenomena.
