I am an idiot- did not know arb dir deletion was considered EOP, so didnt even take notes when found. Now i have a method to make arb dir delete into system shell and cant remember even one of around the 10 ive found.

method works on default system? Surely there is 3rd party software which can uplift into LPE if you del dir, but last time I checked vanilla win10 I had to shelf dir deletion bug.

nice! Gotta look into that some time. My assumption one has to be able to create entries in parent folder of the deleted dir (otherwise it's serious magic); not so many such folders, and they all should have been examined by now, so probably something which created dynamically.
