In Denmark there is a public recreational area called H.C. Ørsted parken. I have been told that during the night gentlemen of various sexuel fetisches frequent the area. But problems appeared because some of the gentlemens outfit and behavior was scary to the other gentlemen.

Because of that, an agreement was brokered that resulted in if you visit the area between 03:00-04:00 chances that you will meet someone wearing such a mask will be exceptionel high
I heard the rumor many years ago, but still remember- because my reaction was: That is so typical men, women would find a way to get along at the same time, but men find such solutions :)
