And on kidnapping, there were two (2) kidnapping convictions for non-citizens in 2016. Statistics show that non-citizens' federal crimes are largely immigration and simple-possession related.

The fact Byron and Mark only look at federal crimes is an obvious tell. Federal criminal jurisdiction is pretty rare but does exist when you can tack on crimes to immigration offenses, skewing the numbers to make non-citizens look worse.
