The 3/5 “compromise” was designed to ensure VA and other slave states could count slaves for the purposes of apportioning House seats among the states. The framers understood how this interacted with electoral college. Why doesn’t D’Souza?https://twitter.com/DineshDSouza/status/1048942588428873728 …

You are confusing the electoral college with the three-fifths clause. Our electoral system was designed to be equitable between small and large states whose ratification was indispensable to getting a union https://twitter.com/Ocasio2018/status/1048667886527627265 …

3/5 compromise reduced a southern populations representation. Illegal immigration increases a leftist populations representation. Seems more relevant to illegal immigration.

How we got the Electoral College won't change Article V, which says an amendment requires approval from 3/4 of the states. Trump beat Hillary in 30 of the 50 states. How many of those states will give up their leverage?

We need to stop applying the Senate and Congress to States, instead, have districts drawn to treat the entire country like a state, with even and representational population centers grouped together. 100 districts for senators, and 435 Districts for congressman. 1/
