Sorry, Jon! Just seeing this. I think it is definitely safe to assume where Kavanaugh (the man) stands on Roe. I do believe you have to take his comments over the past week into consideration. B) Of course, I believe SCOTUS has the power.

Main point was that the quote you used is coming from the campaign trail, no? October 2016 debate? I know he used other iterations of that statement, but it seems to me to be a fire up the base thing to say during an election.
