So what does “rise up” mean, then, in this context?

Stand up against censorship. Google has been censoring everyone for awhile with their sensitivity. They were censoring anything with the word gun in it including nail guns, glue guns, etc.. Name one incident related to a youtube video? (That Hillary didn't lie about?)

Well,
@TeamYouTube’s been demonetizing LGBTQ creators, too. It’s all jerked knees & hammed fists over there. ...but it’s also not censorship, because obviously people can still make Internet videos. They just can’t make YouTube money from teaching people to craft deadly weapons.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
They've been shut channels down completely. They've been demonetizing for certain words and even names. Mention Kyle Kashuv the pro-gun survivor and instant demonetization. He's not teaching people to craft weapons. And yes, it's censorship to all sides, not just them.
