Sources tell @FoxNews @realDonaldTrump will be announcing an $11.6 billion aid package for Puerto Rico for energy and education systems later this morning. This is to address lingering problems from Hurricane Maria 3 years ago.

The people of Puerto Rico have suffered for three years and all of a sudden Trump is announcing an aid package...he wants the vote of those Puerto Ricans who came to the states and registered to vote...because they are living in Florida now...don't try to tell anyone he cares.
