It can be easy to get discouraged about our governments sometimes. But the past several years CfA has helped show the way to better state and local government for more people - and rolling out to more now. So proud of the work this team does. 🇺🇸❤️💪

I think this is basically 🎯. It's why I find the reactions to Zuck's keynote last week kind of puzzling. The best way to view that keynote is as a weather forecast. He was telling everyone what weather they see coming, and how they're going to gear up for it.

Ugh. The news cycle on this VA governor result as it pertains to 2024 is going to be painful. Just gonna roll into midterms and the godawful 2024 campaign.

This thing where Safari now changes the UI header colors to match the site you’re looking at is just hideously bad design. A hill I will die on.

Being Ted Lasso is funny because people can’t quite figure out whether I’m Ted or just make disastrous grooming decisions.

I really love what is doing with . Writes every day in an accessible way, and manages to really frame up the important issues in realtime.

It’s a crazy time in venture: new entrants, disruptive models, generational change, $ influx, and it is very hard to make a firm prediction on how it plays in the next decade. It’s so great. May the stale die away, and the most agile and best for founders survive. Love it.

There are some things missing -- CNN, TBS (for the NLCS), stuff like that -- but great (and some unique) world soccer content, and just feels like a much more modern experience overall.

A few weeks ago I asked if anyone had used Fubo versus Sling for OTT -- after being a Sling customer for years, I'm pretty firmly now in the Fubo camp. UI is better, app is more responsive, they're showing lots more 4k streams (including the World Series).

For someone who styles himself as a public intellectual, this is an awfully dumb (or dishonest) framing of the options.
