.LICENSE files probably shouldn't be pre-cached at all. The idea of a separate file is that normal users doesn't have to download all the license comments.

Yeah - it's default
@workboxjs behaviour to precache all static files. The stars aligned such that LICENSE files (which are not that useful to an app specifically) are IIS unfriendly. I don't think it's the best default for terser - Još 3 druga odgovora
