Tories must be ousted by some method, before feet under table. Your amazing hard work got this far - must not lose this buzz. Fight to oust!

We're going to win! Tories have broken Good Friday Agreement. It isn't sustainable. Tory authority on security is now officially a fallacy.
-
Problem is.... the numbers don't add up do they plus even if get in, CONS would vote everything down - so need a loophole. So want it tho!
-
Oh, we'll need another election! But I'll take that right now. Tories are in meltdown and we're on the offensive, attack attack attack!
-
Costs money and many would kick off or refuse to vote as they get sick of them - sad fact.
-
Agree, but if we don't do it, we are no longer a democracy. This is untenable.
-
I'm only saying we don't want that to backfire - same time I would want it. I can not stand Tories any more, same with so many others.
-
It's always a risk, but we have the momentum now. The sooner the better, whilst we still have the PLP under control.

I was 'purged' by McNicol during the leadership election and have had no reply to my complaint. Would love to join but I don't seem welcome
-
Snap! Me too x
-
I'm sure there are a lot of us about! If they want us back, they should apologise personally and invite us
-
I received an email of apology for a delay in March from Labour compliance - seven months after they expelled me! Then nothing more since!
-
I haven't even had as much as that. Total silence.
-
-
So they apologised for the delay but not for booting you out of the party?!
-
Tories need power/want power. very uneasy with political vulnerability, which is why May went for an election. She wanted more power.

I'd love too John, regrettably McNicol has 'BANNED' me for 2 years for fighting forcefully for U & JC - Can we have some justice please?
-
Expelled or refused to join? Why 2 year period? What is the basis of that?
-
As I would suspected. This is a nonsense. This 2 year period not in the rules I would question its validity and is not applied consistently.
-
problem is legally no right to join an unincorporated association so very hard to make a legal challenge under contract law.
-
Duncan, its about Justice & fair play to McDonnell he's been on the case of unfair bans - we need a Corbyn supporting NEC now, not later.
-
Agreed. Lots of rule breaches all over country. Admin have been appalling in arbitrary and unfair treatment.
-
I am still suing McNicol myself over rules abuses in local party. I suspended it due to GE but monday I will be pursuing it again.
