I imagine there's some comfort in imagining a future without racism and projecting that onto the present. Thinking if we just deny the truth, it doesn't exist. If history is erased, we don't have to deal with its consequences. However...

No one is erasing history by taking down statues of Confederate leaders. The statues glorify them and are there to honor them. The Confederate flag is waved because people want to honor the side that committed treason because they wanted to keep people as slaves. It has to change

Did you know Teigen's mother is of Thai descent? There are lots of places where Teigen wouldn't be called a white woman. If you want to do non-racial and inclusive, don't call people white in an effort to make them an "other."

We live in the most culturally diverse country in the world and we offer the greatest opportunity for people to find prosperity no matter their cultural affiliation.
