Like i said, lax state gun laws correlate with higher gun deaths. This is not refutable.

It could be that the surrounding states have extremely lax gun laws that let people skirt state law. We need a national baseline with this shit because things are out of control.

Excellent for context. But some of the data appears to be off, unless I'm mistaken. 33K gun-related deaths seems right, but I think there were 6K hand gun homicides and 8K total gun-related homicides. Suicide number seems high, too. Nonetheless, again, excellent for context.

Yes it is refutable Johnny. If you were smart, & did some research you would have determined the rates you R referring to include all gun related deaths, including accidents.
