I know John is a good tipper and he respect the drivers. I delivered him couple of times through different platforms in the past. I am sure he is not aware about the tricky difference of service fee & tip. Please @johnlegend call Instacart and ask if you ever Tip the drivers.
We always tip 20% unless there was a specific problem. You may want to check with your company.

@johnlegend Instacart added a default setting last year and they charging 10%service fee. It’s optional and you can wave that fee. The service fee is not a tip and is not going to your drivers. The tip is hidden. - End of conversation
