@Postmates_Help what’s up with the $1, $2, $3 tipping options? No one tips like that and the options are far too low. Not fair to the drivers, and customers don’t want to go back and look up what the total was so they can customize the tip to an adequate %.
I got the $1-3 options for a $200 order and a $46 order today

Hey John, thanks for speaking up. Postmates lies all the time and they won’t “look into it”, they just want you to shut up. They pay drivers poverty wages. I’ve heard of some drivers living in their cars. They’re more cruel to workers than Uber.
. Thank you for this, John. @postmates @basti this is so problematic. You have lowered our pay. We are not reimbursed for gas. If you take away tipping based on percentage this job is not lucrative at all.
Might be an issue with their order or someone else ordering but @johnlegend and @charliesheen always treat their delivery people good #John
