I got the $1-3 options for a $200 order and a $46 order today

@Postmates_Help what’s up with the $1, $2, $3 tipping options? No one tips like that and the options are far too low. Not fair to the drivers, and customers don’t want to go back and look up what the total was so they can customize the tip to an adequate %.

Hey John! If the cart is less than $12 then we do offer the $1, $2, $3 and custom tipping field. Once the cart gets above $12, then we offer the 10%, 15%, 20% and custom tipping field. Please feel free to DM us with anymore concerns or questions.

How about the waiters servers and bartenders they mostly live on there tips

That is something to take up with your employer. No patron should be responsible for paying your wages, and no server should be forced to rely on tips to live!!!!

Atleast you can tip the drivers. Instacart in plain sight steals them by charging an optional 10% service fee worded to sound like it goes to the driver but doesnt touch them and defaulting tips to zero. Shady companies everywhere.pic.twitter.com/LxZpVEGDeL
