Question is: Does a reusable rocket coming into port help stir up the catch for those fishermen?

So here's what i'm thinking... They fly this thing up with stuff, it lands back on this flaoty lovey thingy, and there they have refueling facility. They refuel this puppy and flies it back up towards to it's next mission destination and lands it back there. @elonmusk Possible?
