    Tomorrow the findings of Ballymurphy Massacre Inquest will be released The dignity & perseverance of the families inspire all those who battle for truth & justice. Huge credit also to the legal teams for ensuring the actions of the British Army were exposed for the world to see.

    Tomorrow we will have the findings of the Ballymurphy Inquest, 50 years after this community was brutalised by the Paras & 10 years after new inquests were directed! It has been a long journey for the ⁦⁩ families & i’m deeply honoured to have worked with them!

    The revelation that the British Govt intend to legislate so that British Army & RUC killers of citizens here cannot be prosecuted shows that the lives of victims & their families mean nothing to the British Govt. It is an outright attack on the justice system & the rule of law.

    I have spoken with the Chief Executive of the Belfast Trust & along with & requested an urgent meeting to discuss the removal of services at the Mater Hospital.

    I have spoken to the Chief Exec about the Mater Hospital. I am pleased no one needs Covid ICU at present & I am calling again for other services to resume ASAP. The Mater stood by us in crisis & is the hearbeat of NBelfast. Staff retention & recruitment is vital

    This is a damning revelation in the role of & their CEO. There are major questions to be answered on the circumstances that led to this letter & why it was deemed ‘not relevant’ to mention by the CEO yesterday.

    NEW: This is the letter 's CEO wrote to UK gov raising NI Protocol concerns on advice of DUP MPs, days before Brexit port staff were withdrawn over safety fears. She told MLAs it wasn't disclosed to a Stormont inquiry as it was 'not relevant'. 📰
